These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the Mieadi platform by private clinics operating in Egypt. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, designed to ensure a secure, professional, and reliable clinical workspace.

Platform Usage

The Mieadi platform is provided strictly for clinical management purposes, including patient scheduling, record keeping, and internal clinic administration. You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with all applicable Egyptian healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Any misuse of the platform for non-clinical or unauthorized commercial activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access.

Patient Data & Privacy

Safeguarding patient information is our highest priority. As a clinic utilizing Mieadi, you are solely responsible for ensuring that patient data entered into the system is handled in accordance with Egyptian data protection laws and medical confidentiality standards. Mieadi acts as a data processor and employs advanced encryption and security measures to protect this data. You retain ownership of your patient records and are obligated to obtain necessary patient consents.

Subscription & Fees

Access to the Mieadi platform is subject to the payment of subscription fees as outlined in your organizational service agreement. Fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. Mieadi reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. Failure to maintain timely payments may result in restricted access or termination of your clinic's account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mieadi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
